| Instructions: |
| Peel rind from limes and orange; place in food processor or blender. Slice Ginger Root and add to processor. Process until finely chopped, about 1 minute. Sueeze juice from limes and orange; mix with water, Tamari and brown sugar. Stir in chopped lime and orange peel. Pour over steak and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight. Prepare grill or broiler and cook to desired doneness, basting with marinade while grilling. |
